So please come along and support the school so that it may have another 10 happy and successful years.

 All three Village Associations would like to invite you to commemorate the Queens Diamond Jubilee with us. We are planning a picnic in the park on Bank Holiday Monday the 4th June , with bbq, stalls, a bar, bouncy castle and fun activities for everyone to join in with. We could not let this auspicious occasion pass the Village by, with a great opportunity to get together again after the Royal Wedding last year.

 Please support your community this summer and come and have fun.

Tuesday December 6th 6.30pm (a week earlier than usual !)

Father Christmas will lead the parade which starts at the School and continues along Ffordd Derwen, Llwyn Arian, Cwm Cadno and then back to the school.

Please bring your lanterns for this wonderful spectacle.

 At around 7pm we will be inside the school to sing Carols around the Christmas Tree accompanied by the Duffryn School Orchestra.

 There will be no formal photographs this year, but you will be able to take your own photos with Father Christmas – so please remember to bring your cameras!

The CHCA has a requirement to store 4 Gazebos each in a bag and sized 4 foot long and 8 inches square. Also we have a large stainless steel BBQ on wheels in need of a safe storage location.

Storing means you can have use of the items as long as they are looked after.
